Since the invention of Reimatec in 1995, these waterproof all-weather mittens have been a firm favourite of Scandinavian families. If your child has these, you won't necessarily need traditional rain mittens at all.
Their name is 'Askare', which can be translated as 'task'. In the autumn and spring there are lots of fun tasks for kids to enjoy: making mud cakes, climbing rocks, and paddling in puddles. Because the mittens are waterproof and breathable, no task is too wet to handle. To let even the little ones get a strong hold on things, we've equipped these mitts with a flexible grip palm reinforcement.
